International Journal of Peace Education and Development (IJPED) is an internationally refereed, peer reviewed and indexed journal published in June and December every year.
 
From the premises that peace, education and development are deeply intertwined in their practical and theoretical inceptions, dynamics and outcomes, the Journal promotes discussion about various issues in education, peace, nonviolent social change, environmental movements, sustainable development, human rights, self-determination, mediation and conflict resolution. This journal is dedicated to discourse on a wide range of theoretical issues, praxis and policy issues in education, peace and development. In particular, it publishes research outcomes that address strategies to deal with local, regional, or global problems.
